Used and Vintage Electric Guitars
We have a prime vintage Gretsch hollow body, a Streamliner hailing from 1957. That's right, this vintage piece has seen it all, and is still in great condition.  Think about what has happened in the world since 1957.  This guitar has been there for all of it.

The Streamliner model emanated from the rebranding of the Electromatic 16" Spanish Guitar and was succeeded by the Anniversary line in 1958. Characterized by single-cutaway construction and a single DeArmond single coil pickup, the Streamliner was exclusively produced for a limited time, making it a rare find today.

It's a lovely hollow body gives you all the tone and mojo you want from an instrument from the '50's. Bask in the sweet resonant tone, with that classic Gretsch sound we all know and love. Sparking cleans and well balanced from bass to treble, string to string.  It has a very comfortable C shape neck, and is easy to play.

Visually, it looks stunning. The checking on the body and neck is perfectly natural.  It's actually suprising how good of condition the guitar is, considering the age (and especially in regards to the binding).  The original case shows signs of wear, just as you'd expect it to!  The guitar has has had a repair on the headstock and is completely solid with no concerns. The tuners have been changed to Grovers.  The bridge is new and was made/installed by the friendly and helpful repair folks here at Truetone Music.
The guitar has been setup to play perfectly, and is quite the find.  It's actually now entering it's second go-round here at Truetone, as it hopped on the be-back bus to us.  We love it when we get a second chance to sell a guitar as cool as this.  Last time, it didn't stick around long.  Grab it now before it's gone again!
